We’ve been planning weddings since 2010, and although we’ve organized hundreds, we remember each celebration and carry every couple in our hearts as if they were one of a kind.
Italy is a treasure trove of dream venues — and thanks to our years of experience, we’re familiar with most of them. But if your chosen location is new to us, we’ll be honest with you and arrange a site visit as soon as possible. Our trained eye and thoughtful approach allow us to enhance any space and turn it into the perfect setting for your unforgettable celebration.
The cost of a wedding in Italy can vary greatly depending on your vision, the ambiance you wish to create, your chosen venue, and the number of guests. Every event is unique — thoughtfully tailored to your dreams. As a general guideline, for a medium-sized celebration like those you see in our portfolio, we suggest planning for an initial budget of approximately €1,200–€1,500 per guest.
We absolutely love creating intimate weddings that make you feel “at home” — in Italy. With a smaller guest list, we can focus on crafting a deeply personal and unforgettable experience for you and your loved ones.

First, we’ll get to know each other during a call — a meaningful moment to connect, answer your questions, and see if we’re the perfect match.
Then, to make things official, we’ll send over a contract and request a retainer.
From that point on, we’ll be by your side every step of the way — with heart, care, and all the excitement your celebration deserves.

We require a deposit upon signing the contract, followed by a second installment halfway through the planning process. Unless otherwise agreed, the final balance is typically due 15 days before the event date.
Every love story deserves time, care, and wholehearted dedication. That’s why we accept only a very limited number of weddings each year — usually no more than ten.
In the heart of summer, we devote ourselves entirely to one wedding per week, one couple at a time, because we believe that every “I do” deserves our full attention. No rush, no overlaps — just you, your day, and all the magic we dream of creating together.
Absolutely. I will be by your side on the day you’ve dreamed of — not just as your planner, but as someone who truly cares. I wouldn’t miss your wedding for the world — I truly love what I do.
Along with me, you’ll have the support of at least one or two trusted team members.
Should your celebration be larger or more complex, we’ll bring in additional coordinators to ensure that everything flows beautifully. You’ll never have to worry — we’ll be there, fully present, making sure every moment is just as you imagined.
Although I will personally guide you through every step of the journey, all planning is shared with my right-hand woman, Maristella. We work in perfect harmony, following the same thoughtful method and a detailed, shared plan. And should the unexpected happen, I’m part of a trusted circle of planners across Italy who are always ready to support one another — day or night. You will never be left alone.
Ideally, around 12 months before your wedding day is the perfect time to begin — early enough to design everything with care, but not so early that your vision might evolve too much. You don’t want to feel rushed, overwhelmed, or risk missing out on your dream venue and favorite vendors.
That said, love doesn’t always follow a timeline. We’ve had the joy of creating beautiful celebrations for VIPs and celebrities in just a few months — and even within a few weeks. While anything is possible with the right mindset, planning in advance gives us the freedom to choose the very best for your day.
I’d love to say once a month — it would be wonderful to plan everything together in person. But I know distance can make that tricky. So, the honest answer is: at least once, a few days before the wedding.
To bring your celebration to life, our team may need to travel — and yes, travel and accommodation costs are part of the planning. Occasionally, flight expenses may also apply depending on the region. But don’t worry: we always keep things clear, fair, and tailored to your destination, event length, and any in-person visits needed. We’re here to walk this journey with you, wherever it may lead in beautiful Italy.
During peak season, our weekends are often dedicated to overseeing weddings and events. For planning calls, we typically schedule appointments Monday through Friday, during business hours. That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate different time zones and personal schedules — and of course, we’re here for you in case of any urgent needs.

We always move with care, and we carry liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries caused by our team during your celebration.
That said, we warmly recommend that our couples consider securing a personal wedding insurance policy. It’s a small step that offers great peace of mind.
It protects you from unexpected circumstances beyond your control — from illness or travel disruptions to natural disasters or even pandemics.

That said, we’re always open to discovering new collaborations, as long as they align with our commitment to quality and care.
Whether your guest list grows or becomes more intimate, we’ll adjust with care — from reimagining the table layout to refining the budget accordingly.
Our planning fee reflects the overall scale of your celebration, so we consider only substantial changes in the guest count when reviewing our agreement.
While a slight decrease won’t alter the planning fee, it will naturally reduce other costs such as floral design, catering, and transportation. Whatever changes come your way, we’ll be here to navigate them gracefully, ensuring your day remains as beautiful as you’ve imagined.
We’re delighted to help you and your guests book carefully selected hotels or charming accommodations, as well as arrange private ground transfers to make every journey smooth and pleasant.
As for flights, we recommend working with a travel agency in your home country, so your guests can receive personalized support and guidance for their travel arrangements.
Your best interest is always our top priority. We never request commissions from vendors. That said, some of them may choose to offer us one voluntarily, as they find working with us makes everything smoother and more efficient.
What truly matters to us is that your budget is respected, your needs are met with care, and the price of the vendor’s service remains exactly the same for you — whether you book directly or through us.
